The upcoming detective Christmas comedy "Hajka" is the new film by director Nevio Marasović, based on a screenplay by Jelena Paljan, starring Lana Barić and Goran Navojac in the leading roles. Filmed across numerous locations in Gorski Kotar, the movie tells the story of Marta, a peculiar and strong-willed biologist in her forties who works for a bear rescue intervention team. An unusual case takes her to Veliki Dabar, a fictional town in Gorski Kotar, where a killed bear is discovered right in front of the mayor's villa. The death of the unfortunate bear triggers a series of exciting events that intertwine the fates of the corrupt mayor, a young and clumsy police officer, Marta's ex-husband, and numerous other colorful characters...
