The warehouse was designed by the Hungarian architect Ferenz Pfaff in the period 1906 - 1909 and has a remarkable Coignet-De Tedesco system. Wagons can pass through the ground floor above which there are three additional floors designed in the style that combines the elements of historicism and modernism.
