Školjić pools

Školjić was the most attractive recreational area in the town, as well as the Rijeka promenade before its industrialization in the 19th century. There were first closed and public pools, 12 sea and 6 freshwater pools. Total area is about 2400 m2. Complex was opened in 1965 and it ceases to be in function when Kantrida swimming pool was opened in 1974.
