Matthias Le Goff, a gold medalist behind his career has given a homophobic statement on TV broadcast. His punishment is: coaching Shiny Shrimp, a gay amateur water polo team. Their only goal is to qualify in Croatia where they are the best LGTB athletic stars in the world. It is the beginning of a difficult but fun trip to Croatia and sport glory.

Director and screenwriter Cédric Le Gallo was inspired from the real water polo team Gleaming Crabs with 2012. tournament. That inspired the film director to experience the right to the diversity and freedom of every individual.

This fun comedy was filmed in Rijeka and Opatija where a water polo tournament is held, and the hotel where the teams are staying. At the Shrimp Tournament the most important match is played against the Croatian team.
