Preuzmimo Benčić is an experimental film created in collaboration with 70 child performers from Rijeka. Part documentary, part fiction, the film follows the activities and thoughts of children over a six-week period during which they occupied the H and T buildings of the former 'Rikard Benčić' factory in Rijeka. Most of the dialogue and movement in the film was improvised by the performers themselves. Through words and movement, the children rethink the politics, history, and future of the site, as well as the relationship between labor, art, and play. The film was produced by Musagetes.
