Bademi s onu stranu smrti

Mario Fanelli, 1965.

Categories: Feature Film

The 1965 film "Bademi s onu stranu smrti" is an important and rare production from the golden age of TV Zagreb’s dramatic programming (today's Croatian Radiotelevision - HRT). The film was directed by Mario Fanelli, one of the pioneers of the Zagreb School of Television Drama, while the screenplay was written by the famous writer, painter, and journalist Momo Kapor. The lead roles are portrayed by legends of the domestic acting scene who marked the cinema of that era: Relja Bašić, Helena Buljan, and Richard Simonelli. The story focuses on intimate, existential, and generational themes of modern urban life. The drama was filmed on location in Kastav and Mošćenička Draga.
