Tall trees sway to an ancient legend woven into the words and actions of the local people. Through the summer, rural atmosphere of the past century and a children's adventure, a curious young girl named Miška will find herself on a giant journey toward an encounter with a forgotten forest creature. The short film for children "Legenda o Polnočnjaku" is based on folklore from the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County about a benevolent local giant (a good spirit) who takes away children who do not return home on time.
